“It was an ok place for the price. But my room never got cleaned before and during my stay. Never got replacement of clean towels. ”

“Customer Service is average, carry your own towel, body lotion, body wash before you go this hotel and carry food as well. There is a no vending machine. Just only coffee machine there breakfast not available. Room empty then furniture.”

“Don't waste your money here, I was under the impression from the photos on the website that this place would be a comfortable stay, but was in for an extremely unplesant surprise. Its location is in a bad neighborhood, lots of homeless people in the area. Housekeeping kept forgetting to come to our room constantly through out our stay there, and they didnt even do a good job when they did stop by. There was mold in the showers and walking barefoot on the carpet left the bottom of my feet stained...

“Bonnie checked us in and was very efficient. She gave us recommendations on places to eat and things to do. She was very friendly every time we walked through the lobby. Cathy in the breakfast was great at making sure everything was ready to eat. She gave the best hugs! We enjoyed our stay. ”

“The front desk was super friendly and welcoming upon arrival, even late at night. When we got into the room it was very clean and the air was on for us. I would definitely stay again!”

“Clean, comfortable, and great area to stay. Lots of food around to choose from and a gas station in the same parking lot. Pool and hot tub were very clean and well taken care of. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy, hotel staff was friendly and very helpful! Also, laundry on site was a bonus I didnt expect to need that worked out very well. Highly recommend! ”

“I hesitated on posting this because I wanted to resolve privately, but the hotel has been unresponsive to both email and phone call. Our stay was awesome up until Friday. The people who work there are great, the breakfast was good, the amenities like free drinks, the room etc., all were enjoyed. Our issue came the last night when the hotel was evacuated for a CO2 leak. I understand the difficult position the staff was put in, with the leak more than likely being out of their control and really...

“I don’t know about pets. We paid the most we’ve ever paid for a room and got the least for the money. I should have caught the no breakfast thing I guess, it’s just an automatic. Not even any coffee besides a small pot in the room. I saw plastic plates and paper cups in the cupboard. Not sure about silverware. Body wash in shower was empty. The 1 time we didn’t bring our own. Young lady at check-in was great. Just not a great overall experience. ”
